Health Log - 4: History

Day 3 in Hospital. Being dosed up on Cortisone (look out chunkiness - here comes Heavy Kevvy!), antibiotics and something else tends to make one feel woozzzyyy!

Update:
Doc tells me my heart is in good condition. It has two small leaks in two valves but not worth even worrying about.
My liver report is good and there is nothing wrong with it which means loads of possible virus need not be tested for.

History:
This started in October 2009 when I woke up one sunday morning with a stabbing pain in my groin. It went away and every so often it would happen again. I did a mountain bike race that day. Oops. After that, I never felt so much pain in my life!!!

The pain stayed in my groin for 3 weeks. It them moved from the right adductor to the left. Then moved from there.

Since then, I've had major joint pains (one at a time) as this inflammation moves around. Sometimes so painful I can't move. Then I stay in bed to recover after getting an injection. Pain is a great motivator to get you over you phobia of needles to inject yourself. On two occasions I had to call my doc friend to come to my place to inject me cause I couldn't get out of bed.

Sometimes, at night lying in bed, it would feel like I was going to completely loose it. My heart would race and body would feel heavy and weak. Felt like I was going to die.

Over the past 10 months this pain has subsided due to medication but it still moves around when it randomly decided to show up again. Most of which always leaving too debilitated to do anything.

Symptoms over the past 10 months:
Pain in the following joints - ankles, knees (only twice. Pain not as bad), groin, hips, lumbar spin (both sides), shoulder joints (both), hand and fingers, and jaw.

Extremely red blood shot eyes. sometimes itchy, sometimes scratchy. Dry. Painful to look around to scan (for example: whilst reading). Inflammation between the eye sockets and the eyeball.

Seriously sore throat 3 times. In the neck and back of throat making it difficult to swallow anything. White sores in the back of the throat that feel like a stone is stuck back there.

Very Dry mouth.
Swollen glands under jaw.
Night sweets while asleep.
Resting heart rate between 85-100b/m (Even after a nights sleep in the morning). This will go above 100 when I walk around. Then it feels like adrenaline gets pumped through my body when it gets too high giving a feeling of quick burst of having a light head and a tingling sensation down both arms to my finger tips.
Lethargic.
Depression.

My hope is in God and I trust Him. Its awesome how God uses even this now for His glory. Its awesome to see and experience.

God never wastes an experience.

Health Log - 3

Been in Unitas Hospital over night. Doc had new blood tests done. Because every single blood test has come back negative (roughly 26 tests) he said he is going to test me for every virus known to man.

I'm seeing a Specialised Physician who has a Specialised Physician Rheumatologist (I'm learning all these fancy-schmancy words! I'm cool!) helping him out. I really am a living episode of House.

Also had a sonar of my heart done (it was a boy). That Doc said it was all normal except a small leak in one of the valves. But not serious enough to write home about she said (so I blogged it instead ;-).

X-rays also done of Ankles, Hips, Right shoulder. These are some of the areas of pain in the past.

Since yesterday I've been sucking Cortisone and two other drips through my hand.

Depending on these results I could get out today or tomorrow or the next day or buy shares in the Hospital.

I'm confident God is here doing what He does best. I've had loads of visitors (I'm so popular) supporting me. Its quite funny when nurses and visitors ask why I'm here and I say "I don't know". Total confusion. Fun to watch.

Nurses say I'm naughty! Me? Never!

Jesus replied, "what is impossible with Human beings is possible WITH God". - Luke 18:27

Jesus said it. I believe it.

Health log 2

Monday, 16th August 2010, I was at a specialist physician who ran some tests on me and took more blood for testing. The ECG told me my heart is inflamed which pushes my resting heart-rate to 103. This is almost double to what my heart normally was. He should get my blood work back today and if it is positive then I will have Rheumatic Fever. So far He has 4/7 symptoms towards this diagnosis. If it comes back negative then I'm lined up for another battery of tests.

Dealing with it... Log 1

There has been something wrong with my body since October last year (2009).

I have been to specialists after specialists but nothing has been found. On Friday I went to a toxicologist who studied my blood and basically told me I have a huge toxicity build up and have been poisoned and am in trouble.

Normal looking blood looks like marbles on a table. My blood looks like thick sludge. My white blood cells are trapped in the 'red blood cell sludge' disqualifying their function.

In that sludge some nasty things were found too. Its pretty scary when a toxicologist looks as if they have seen a ghost, followed by the words, "I have not seem blood like this in a long time". Eish!

I will be documenting my thoughts and the process as much as possible because I believe God is allowing this to happen for His Glory. He knows what He is doing!

This is what the Tox-person reported after 24 hours:

"Hello Kevin, as promised, I looked at your blood this morning. The metal toxicity is huge. So, I'm relieved that I have asked you to please test for toxic metals. However, this morning's blood picture also shows significant Rickettsial and Mycoplasmic activity. You have one of two choices for treatment here: I do believe that the severity of your condition warrants that you see dr. Cecil Jadin or her husband, dr. Patrick Gerin. You are welcome to tell them that you saw me and ask for an emergency appointment. Do take all your blood tests along, please. Plead with them NOT to do the R7000 battery of tests, as many of these have already been done. Ask them to please ONLY do the microagglutination testing (costs around R800) and perhaps Mycoplasma and Chlamydia Pneumonaliae too. Then, once we've got a definitive diagnosis of the exact sub-species of bugs attacking your immune system and cells, >>>
You can then either go the route of taking dr. Jadin's antibiotics (very targeted, very effective) for 7 days every month for several months till you are better (her protocol also includes dietary management and NO SUGAR as well as looking after the good guyd in your gut, which are destroyed by antibiotics), OR you can think of buying a Rife machine (costs around R18,000) and treat yourself and others as the machine can address some 1615 disease conditions! The former is a secure treatment providing you are on a medical aid, as the antibiotice (2 every month) are quite expensive, and the other meds you need to take with the antibiotics are quite expensive too. The problem with antibiotics is that they can make your immune system weaker and if you stop them too soon, you are back to square 1! Then all the months of medication are lost. The Rife is effective and kills by electro-magnetism and is safe, >
But you will still need a fair amount of support supplements and metabolic regulation during the first 2 - 4 months of treatment. AND then we still need to detox the heavy metals. The Rife machine can detox heavy metals, but you still need large doses of Vitamin C and GSH to protect your cells against membrane damage. I know this is a lot to take in, but read and re-rwad my sms's and contact dr. Jadin / Gerin asap to at the very least get the tests done whilst you are still up here. Her number is: 011- or her husband's number is: 011-. God give you wisdom and strength to do what you must do. Praying sincerely that you get better soon! Best wishes C"

I will start colouring in the process from here. Where I've been (physically, Mentally, and Spiritually) from now on.

My hope, I God may use my story to inspire others.
