Did we miss it?

Did we miss it?
Walking the line of pursuing God,
Drawing closer to Him,
Seeking Him in all things,
With promise He will make all things fall into place.

Relentlessly fighting the good fight,
Keeping hearts focussed,
Faithfully running harder.

Without stopping,
Not recognising the gift around us,
Moving at such a pace we pass the signs.

Could it be possible…
Could it be we overshot the pinnacle?
Could it be we were running so fast,
Fighting so hard,
We missed God?
